Hi, I’m TRINITY
Suffolk roots, Cornish heart
inspired by places, not just trends
Co-founder of The Designers Lounge
Hey, I’m TRINITY - INTERIOR DESIGNER and STORYTELLER
I help clients transform homes, offices, and hospitality venues into beautiful, functional spaces that work perfectly for how they actually live or work.
If you've ever felt like creating your ideal interior is harder than it should be - you're not alone. I've been there. Now, I'm here to show you how expert design simplifies the process, removes the stress, and delivers results that exceed expectations.
I REMEMBER THE MOMENT DESIGN STOPPED BEING WHAT I DO AND BECAME WHO I AM.
My Values
My Values
PERSONAL
Your space should tell your story. No copy-paste interiors, no trend-chasing -just design rooted in who you are and how you live.
TRANSFORMATIVE
It’s not just about making money (though I love helping you do that too). It’s about creating real, tangible results for your clients and yourself. I believe your work can change lives - and I’ll help you make sure it does.
CONSIDERED
Every detail earns its place. From layout to lighting to the last cushion, nothing is accidental and everything works together.
HONEST
Clear communication, realistic budgets, no surprises. Design should be exciting, not stressful - and you'll always know exactly where your project stands.
My journey
2015
The Creative Spark
It started long before the qualifications. Rearranging rooms, obsessing over colour and light, and realising that the way a space feels matters just as much as how it looks. What seemed like a hobby at the time was quietly becoming the foundation of everything that came next.
2018
The UNI DAYS
The passion became a craft. Studying design meant learning the discipline behind the instinct - spatial planning, materials, the technical detail that separates a nice idea from a space that genuinely works. These were the years of late nights, big ideas, and figuring out exactly the kind of designer I wanted to be.
2022
THE ‘CHY STUDIO’ LAUNCH
Chy Studio was born - a Cornwall-based design studio built on the belief that every space, whether a family home, a boutique hotel, or a busy commercial site, deserves design with intention. From the very first project, the mission was simple: create interiors that tell their owner's story.
2026
Today - Your Turn
Today, Chy Studio works across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects throughout Cornwall and beyond. The next chapter of this journey? It could be your space. Whether you're reimagining your home or transforming your business, this is where your story begins.

Fun facts about me
-
"Chy" is the Cornish word for house - which is exactly why the studio carries the name. Cornwall isn't just where I work; it's woven into everything, right down to the name above the door.
-
Every good studio needs a team -mine includes a golden retriever who holds down the fort at home while I'm out on site visits. He has strong opinions about soft furnishings (mainly lying on them) and remains the only colleague who's never once disagreed with a design decision.
-
New isn't always better. Some of the best pieces I've ever found have been second-hand - rescued from antique shops, markets, and the occasional car boot. Great design mixes old and new, and the hunt for the perfect vintage piece never gets old.
-
Between running a design studio and running a family (plus one golden retriever), life is gloriously full. Being a mum keeps my designs honest - every space I create has to pass the "would this actually work in real life?" test.
